1. Business Operations

You can request custom features depending on your business requirements.

2. User Responsibilities

– Clients must provide accurate and timely information.

Delays in feedback, approvals, or content submission may affect project timelines.

Clients should avoid unauthorized changes that may affect system performance.

3. Project Timelines

– Timelines depend on project scope and responsiveness.

Fast communication ensures faster delivery.

Extended delays may require schedule adjustments.

4. Payments

– Verity WebSolutions operates on a 50%-30%-20% payment structure:

50% upfront before work commences to secure the project and allocate resources.

30% after project milestones are delivered, such as a working demo or staging site.

20% upon completion and handover of the final deliverables.

–In the case of delayed or non-payment:

A 7-day grace period will be offered to resolve payment issues.

After the grace period, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be applied.

-Persistent non-payment (over 30 days) will result in suspension of services, and access to any hosted services may be revoked until payments are settled.

-If necessary, the matter may be escalated to collections or legal proceedings as a last resort.

5. Revisions

– Revisions are limited to agreed scope.

we share the draft with you and you can request changes ,but this applies before launching the website.

Additional changes may attract extra costs.

Major redesign requests may require a new agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

– Ownership is transferred after full payment.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client. .

7. Third-Party Services

– We may use third-party tools and integrations.

We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from external providers such as(hosting companies if you bought domain and hosting by yourself, any changes by payment gateways..

8. Limitation of Liability

– We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or project in question.

This includes downtime, data loss, or third-party failures.

No guarantees are provided for uninterrupted service if hosting or software involves third-party platforms..

9. Support & Maintenance

– Support is based on agreed packages.

Ongoing maintenance requires a separate plan unless as agreed if the service plan from our services offered that.

Emergency fixes may be billed separately if the failure is not as a result of our services.
